Mi familia

I just now realized after all this time of having a blog I never posted a post about my craye- craye family.

Here there are in a nutshell: (20 years of living in one post)

Dad- Is hardworking and one of the funniest people I know. His humor can be loud and well inappropriate but he wouldn't be him without it. He tells sometimes wild stories that I chose to always believe because what fun is this world without imagination? Plus Dad's can't lie. I love working with him at the bindery. And well he may tease you a bit, I know deep down he's willing to accept you. (Or at least put up with you). He's always willing to take on callings at Church or in the work force and I appreciate his example. And he'd probably want you to know he has beauty and brains. :)

Mom- I often forget just how little my mom is. I know she tries of people talking about it all the time but she's so little. I forget that not everyone has a little mom. :) She's the rock of our family, even if she doesn't know it. She's the mastermind behind all our amazing trips. I don't know how she does it but somehow she manages to be super mom every single day. She picks us kids up, makes super we have food, a clean house,   get to seminary no matter how early. I can always count on mom to be honest. She has the most kind and giving heart ever. She loves people so much and she loves the Church. Who else can cook for 30 plus people at one time??! And she's one hot momma! ;)

Zach- The best older brother we have. He's always ready to have fun if you want to play a game Zach is your man. He is probably the best example ever... I dare you to say one bad thing about Zach. See can't be done. He worked really hard on his mission and that was a great example to see. And he married the most wonderful girl; Piret, and I can't wait to get to know her better over the years. I miss him when he's out at Utah and it was so nice to see them this summer.

Madeline- My fav. big sister. I understand how much pressure is attached to being a big sister.. and she's the oldest sister. Big deal. Madeline is most like Dad. She always makes me laugh. I must say since she's been serving her butt off on her mission that I've missed her a WHOLE lot. I think the cat and the spot on the floor where she sleeps miss her the most. I'm excited for her to comeback so we can go on adventures and get our sass on.

Amanda- Big haired Amanda. Since Amanda has been at College I've really missed her a lot to but i'm also way proud of her for going to school. And she bettter be enjoying Idaho even though it's not Provo. ;) It's funny because Amanda and I used to fight the most and I wish we didn't cause she's just the coolest. I must say though she is a quick forgiver and she is always mindful of others (sometimes to mindful.. hehe). I just know she's going to do amazzziing things.

Little hoe (Joe)- I know what everyone sometimes says about Joe but I want the record set straight right here, right now. Joe is THEE best little brother in the world. I KNOW he's really a good boy that tries to sometimes hide it behind high school teenage-ness. And you all must admit Joe is ALWAYS good for a laugh, even if you know you shouldn't be laughing. Just thinking about it cracks me up. You can always count  on Joe for an adventure to, me and him get into a lot of trouble sometimes. And guess what mark my words Joe will do fantatsic things.

Tatiana- Is growing the fastest. I've loved spending time with her since i've been home for break. Tatiana is going to be an amazing things. She's one of those super talented people. She can draw, she knows how to play the piano, she pretty much was a bike expert in like 3 hours, she can read better than most 12 years olds. And she is one of those secret funny types if you're close enough to catch her sassy witty remarks you'll know what i'm talking about.

Natalie- We wouldn't be the Bairds FOROUT nanny. She is such a sweet little thing. Always ready to share her candy. Always wanting to talk, about anything. She loves people and animals. Between her and Tati I don't think our cat or chickens have ever been alone. Natalie is probably going to grow up to be the sweetest girl you'll ever know. :)

So that's some about my family. And you can probably see now why I love them! :)
Also as a side note to all of you that have been "adopted" into our family, I love you guys too, and I'm sorry I'm too tried and lazy to list all of you. And brag about your awesomeness

Why my Zune would be the best boyfriend

I got a Zune at the start of summer from my little brother Joe. It was the best thing that EVER happened to my life, okay that's a bit of an overstatement.... but it's pretty swell.

Today on my way home from work I was thinking about it and I realized my Zune would be the ideal boyfriend:

1) It can come with you when you want it with you, and stays at home when you don't want it to. (Try and get a real man to do that)

2) Always "says" the right things at the right time. And if he starts to "say" the wrong thing you can just skip the song.

3) He can be any kind of man you want... Country, Rap, Spiritual, Hip-Hop, Classical, or maybe even Jazz.

4) He can be great with Kids. Mine has some Disney.

5) If you feel like it isn't working out you can erase all the history and start fresh.

6) Always willing to go running or on a road trip.

7) Always knows the time of day.

8) Easy access. Available at anytime you need.

Only downfall is that he can easily be stolen if you don't keep a close eye on him. And sometimes his battery dies, if you don't charge him regularly (But as we all know men have to be fed constantly and sometimes NEVER change)
